Job summary

AI-Media, a global leader in AI-powered accessibility and language solutions, is hiring a Technical Sales Coordinator to support the EMEA Technical Sales team and ensure outstanding customer experiences. Based in the UK, you will coordinate engagements across the region and assist with trade shows, on-site equipment, and customer events from our London office.

Travel will be required for trade shows and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical sales support or a similar role.
• Ability to learn technical products quickly and explain concepts clearly.
• Strong communication, presentation and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, administrative and project coordination support to the EMEA Technical Sales team from pre-sales through implementation.
• Support discovery by gathering technical requirements and use cases; assist with product demonstrations.
• Coordinate Proofs of Concept (POCs) including equipment, licences, access and tests.
• Assist with proposals and RFP/RFI responses; manage demo equipment and logistics from London.
• Prepare equipment for POCs and sales; help with customer events and trade shows.
