Job summary

iSmash is hiring a Sales Assistant at Canary Wharf. The role is part-time (20 hours/week) with a full-time equivalent salary of £27,109.31, pro-rated for part-time hours. You will greet customers, guide them to the right solution, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Reporting to the In-Store Manager, you’ll drive sales, maintain displays, and support promotional events while delivering exceptional service and teamwork in a fast-paced tech retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide expert advice on accessories, refurbished phones, and services.
• Drive sales, hit targets, and support promotional events.
• Maintain store displays, manage stock, and keep the store clean and branded.
• Assist the tech team with screen protectors, cleaning, and device check-ins.
• Submit daily reports, track sales, and co-sign returns to the warehouse.
• Deliver excellent service through smooth transactions and follow-ups.
