Job summary

iSmash UK Trading Limited is seeking a Sales Assistant at our Canary Wharf store. You’ll greet customers, offer expert advice on accessories and devices, and help them leave with a positive experience.

This part-time role (20 hours per week) is paid as a pro-rata full-time equivalent (£27,109.31) and includes pension, extra holidays, relocation support, and an annual awards party. Join a fast-growing tech team with clear career paths.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of iSmash; greet customers and provide expert advice on accessories, refurbished devices and services.
• Drive sales by helping customers find the right solutions and supporting promotions.
• Maintain store displays, manage stock, and keep the store clean and aligned with the brand.
• Assist the tech team with basic tasks such as applying screen protectors and device check-ins/handovers.
• Submit daily reports, track sales, and process returns with warehouse staff.
