Virgin Media O2 is hiring a Retail Advisor in Reading to help customers get the most out of mobile, broadband and TV options. You’ll build trust, show empathy and own issues to create positive experiences, with an hourly rate of £13.45.

You’ll guide customers through product choices, price plans and setup, demonstrate features, and work with your team to meet store targets. Induction sessions and ongoing coaching support your growth in this role.
