Hunter Selection is partnering with a respected South Wales engineering business to recruit an Internal Sales Engineer based in Cwmbran. You’ll provide technical and commercial support to customers across the UK and Ireland, combining product knowledge with a proactive service approach to secure the best solutions for each enquiry.

In this hybrid role you will manage enquiries from first contact to quotation, advise on product selection and applications, and work toward team KPIs to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Sales, Internal Sales, Quotations, or Customer Support within engineering/manufacturing.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical products, customer requirements, and engineering specifications.
• Experience preparing quotations and supporting tender submissions.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and commercial support to customers across the UK and Ireland, delivering a high level of service and product expertise.
• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to quotation, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Advise customers on product selection, applications, and technical queries, identifying the best solutions to meet their requirements.
• Work towards individual and team KPIs, meeting deadlines and contributing to departmental targets and business growth.
