Job summary

Kooltech Ltd in Fareham is seeking an Internal Sales Advisor to handle customer inquiries by telephone and in person, process quotations, plan deliveries and answer product questions. You will work within a branch team and may assist in the warehouse, including order picking and receiving deliveries.

You should be proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) and ERP systems, and able to communicate effectively in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer inquiries by phone and face-to-face at a trade desk.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service in a busy branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by telephone and face to face at the trade desk, including sales enquiries, quotations, delivery planning and product questions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Assist in the warehouse as part of the branch team (e.g., picking orders, receiving deliveries, operating forklift).
• Communicate effectively in a busy environment and support the team with a range of tasks.
• Proficiently use MS Office tools and ERP systems.

Location: Unit 25 Fareham Industrial Park, Standard Way, Fareham PO16 8XJ

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Advisor

• Handle a multitude of different customer inquiries both over the telephone and face to face at the trade desk. These could be sales enquiries, processing quotations, planning deliveries, answering product related questions, up selling and helping customers solve problems.
• The Internal Sales Advisor will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• The role is varied and you will work as part of a branch team. You will be expected to help in the warehouse, this could be picking orders, receiving supplier deliveries and operating the fork-lift truck.
• Are a strong communicator, enjoy working in a busy environment in a team with a varied range of tasks, this could be the opportunity for you.
• It is expected that this person is proficient in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel) and has experience of using ERP systems.
