Job summary

Flourish in Lincoln is hiring for an entry-level tech sales role with a base salary of £28,000 and uncapped commission. The role is four days per week on-site with one remote day, offering structured training and progression into Account Management and Strategic Enterprise Sales.

You’ll learn from experienced leaders, develop commercial skills, and have the chance to complete a fully funded Level 4 Sales Executive qualification.

• Building relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating sales conversations.
• Engaging decision-makers via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Supporting customer meetings and commercial discussions.
• Learning consultative and solution-based selling techniques.
• Working closely with senior sales professionals and leaders.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams.
• Maintaining CRM records and supporting sales activity across the business.
