Job summary

FIS Capital Markets UK Limited is seeking a Technical Product Support Engineer in the CX team to support global clients on our SCF platform. You’ll monitor operations, perform configuration changes, and collaborate with other teams to roll out the platform to new customers.

You will deliver 1st and 2nd line support, triaging tickets, analyzing data, and providing audit information while using monitoring suites and proprietary tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing or STEM stream (required).
• SQL and Excel experience highly desirable.
• Exposure to monitoring tools (DataDog, etc.).
• ITIL Foundation v3/2011 or higher certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with JIRA/JIRA Service Desk.

Responsibilities

• Triaging incoming tickets, performing analysis, and resolving customer issues.
• Analyzing customer data and providing audit information or breakdowns of headline figures.
• Monitoring system health using tools including DataDog, SQL, and ActiveBatch.
• Implementing ad-hoc configuration changes using FIS SCF proprietary tools.
• Collaborating with Development, Infrastructure, and Implementation teams to onboard new customers.
• Providing cover for shifts between 6am and 11pm.
