Job summary

Fidelity Information Services, LLC invites applications for a Technical Product Support Operations and Application Support Analyst. You will support a global SCF platform, monitor operations, perform configuration changes, and collaborate with multiple teams to roll out the platform to new customers.

• Experience communicating technical concepts to customers and colleagues.

• Degree in Computing or STEM and relevant work education.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to FIS SCF global network of customers.
• Triaging tickets, analyzing issues and resolving customer problems.
• Analyze customer data and provide audit information or breakdowns of headlines.
• Monitor system health using tools including DataDog, SQL, and monitoring suites.
• Implement ad-hoc configuration changes using FIS SCF tools.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Implementation teams to onboard new customers.
• Provide cover for shifts between 6am and 11pm.
