Job summary

FIS Capital Markets UK Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of Apex Securities Finance, Securities Finance Trading and Collateral, and Global One for top-tier clients worldwide. You will guide client onboarding, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful deployment of FIS software solutions.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, training clients, and coordinating testing activities across delivery teams, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

Must have strong Securities Finance Experience (Securities Lending and Repo).
Experience with Trading and Settlement software solutions that support Securities Lending and Repo.
Direct real world experience working with Securities Finance clients.
Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form including presentations.
Proficiency in defining and implementing an overall solution and expertise in the business architecture.
Bonus if you have experience with FIS Securities Finance solutions: Apex Securities Finance, Global One, Apex Collateral, Loanet.

Responsibilities

Train clients on the FIS applications.
Gather business requirements for interfaces and enhancements.
Assist clients in developing test plans and test cases.
Support client UAT test cycles.
Collaborate with other FIS teams to ensure customer success during implementations.
