Job summary

Onyx-Conseil is seeking a FIS Integrity 2nd-3rd Level Support Analyst in London on a full-time hybrid basis. You will support the Treasury and Risk Management System, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability for a global rollout.

Experience with FIS Integrity or FIS Quantum is valuable. The role involves end-to-end implementation support, client workshops, and integrations with SAP, Bloomberg, Reuters, FXALL, and other platforms.

Qualifications

Proficiency in technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
Strong IT and operating system background.
Analytical skills to interpret data and identify solutions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or Engineering.
Experience with FIS Integrity or similar Treasury/Risk systems desirable.
Hybrid work adaptability.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd–3rd level support for FIS Integrity Treasury and Risk Management System.
Troubleshoot issues, ensure system stability, and resolve technical queries.
Lead requirements analysis and translate treasury processes into system designs.
Document client needs and support go-lives and post-implementation adoption.
Develop and maintain system integrations with SAP, Bloomberg, Reuters, FXALL, 360T, etc.
Design test plans and conduct UAT with financial validations.
Configure payment processes (e.g., SWIFT) and create custom data sources/reports.
Support ATS training and client workshops.
