Malt is entering a new phase of scale and we are accelerating our Tech and Product transformation with AI at its core. We are seeking a Tech & Product Recruiter who will partner directly with our CTO, CPO and senior leadership to build the next generation of our Engineering, Data and Product teams.

We’re looking for a recruiter who will lead hiring with an engineering approach: rigor, problem solving, analytical skills and continuous iteration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to Tech & Product environments.
• Experience leading senior and high-stakes searches, partnering with C-level leadership.
• You are business-minded, analytical, and use data to drive transparency.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a Tech & Product hiring strategy to scale while preserving talent density and organizational health.
• Partner with VP, CTO, CPO and executives to translate business goals into hiring priorities.
• Lead complex searches (Senior, Staff, Principal, Lead, Managers) and build long-term pipelines in competitive markets.
• Build a scalable recruitment engine by improving tools, workflows, and automation (Lever and other tech).
• Provide market insights and balance speed with talent density and diversity.
