Job summary

Mat Vin is scaling rapidly and seeking a hands-on Head of Hiring to own end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product and GTM teams. You will design the hiring system, run it with the founders, and build high-ownership processes from scratch.

You will source directly, build long-term pipelines, and implement clear scoring and feedback loops to ensure top talent fits the technical bar and team culture as we grow.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years experience recruiting engineers.
• Experience in early-stage or scaling startups.
• Proven ability to source directly, not just manage inbound.
• Strong intuition for technical bar & team fit.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring engine and end-to-end hiring for engineering, product and GTM roles.
• Translate headcount plans into clear hiring strategies.
• Own pipelines, prioritisation, and time-to-hire.
• Design and continuously improve scorecards, feedback loops and hiring metrics.
