Job summary

Airship is hiring a Technology Partnerships Manager for the Americas and EMEA. The role focuses on managing strategic ISVs and driving revenue by sourcing and influencing opportunities within your region. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor position working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

We offer a fully remote work model with up to 25% travel for partner meetings and events. You will build joint assets, train partner teams, and expand Airship’s ecosystem by onboarding

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or channel sales within SaaS or MarTech.
• Existing network of relationships with technology partners and platform vendors in the MarTech ecosystem.
• Ability to articulate integration use cases, API workflows, and data flows without being an engineer.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a systematic co-sell motion with priority partners and Airship AEs.
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline and influenced revenue through proactive outreach and joint positioning.
• Act as GTM connective tissue, aligning partner initiatives with Airship's priorities across teams.
