Job summary

The Onboarding Project Manager will lead planning, coordination and delivery of EUSL’s onboarding to Group technology services and operating arrangements. Acting as the primary local delivery interface, you will translate Group onboarding requirements into a local plan with milestones, decisions and owners.

You will coordinate business, IT and enabling functions, maintain the local plan, RAID and evidence, and provide executive reporting to the Head of IT and Operations while escalating risks

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of complex IT onboarding, migration, integration or transformation programmes in regulated environments.
• Strong planning, RAID, dependency, readiness and stakeholder governance with evidence of blockers resolution.
• Experience coordinating business owners, IT teams, SMEs, service owners and vendors in a matrix setup.
• Excellent written, communication and facilitation skills for business readiness and service transition.

Responsibilities

• Own the EUSL onboarding plan, scope, milestones, actions and resources aligned to the Group plan.
• Lead local discovery, remediation, implementation, migration and transition as the primary EUSL interface to Group onboarding teams.
• Maintain governance, RAID, decisions and change controls with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Mobilise business owners, IT teams, SMEs, sponsors and vendors; coordinate evidence, testing and approvals.
• Track capacity, costs, procurement and vendor dependencies; escalate conflicts with options.
• Provide concise executive reporting to the Head of IT and Operations on progress, risks and costs.
