Job summary

ERGO UK Specialty Limited is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to lead planning, delivery and governance for the group onboarding programme. You will coordinate cross-functional IT teams, vendors and business owners, ensuring alignment with the Group plan and timely delivery of milestones.

You will work in a matrix environment with stakeholdership across ERGO and Munich Re Group, report to the Head of IT and Operations, and drive readiness, testing, migration and BAU handover with rigorous

Qualifications

• Delivery of complex IT onboarding, migration or transformation programmes in a regulated environment.
• Strong planning, RAID, dependency, readiness and stakeholder governance with evidence of blockers resolution.
• Experience coordinating business owners, IT teams, SMEs and external partners in a matrix setup.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and facilitation skills for readiness and handover.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding plan, scope, milestones, actions and dependencies aligned to the Group plan.
• Lead local discovery, remediation, implementation, migration, transition and closure with Group onboarding teams.
• Maintain governance, RAID, decision and change controls with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Mobilise business owners, IT teams, SMEs, sponsors; coordinate requirements, testing, approvals and decisions.
• Track capacity, costs, procurement, contracts and vendor dependencies with escalation of conflicts.
• Provide concise executive reporting to the Head of IT and Operations; escalate material matters promptly.
• Draft and quality-assure programme artefacts, governance, testing and BAU documentation.
• Lead workshops and readiness activities including validation, UAT, migration waves and communications.
• Secure operational acceptance and BAU handover; capture lessons learned.
