Job description

Project Lead / Manager - EUC - London (Hybrid / remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead / Project Manager from an End User Computing (EUC) background to join the IT Services team of a global financial services player working within their End User Experience (EUX) value stream. You will be responsible for driving the development and improvement of EUC products and services ensuring alignment with the value stream OKRs and delivering maximum value for the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product & services roadmap
  • Work closely with technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define appropriate delivery iterations
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog
  • Create and own dashboards to track metrics and inform future backlog items
  • Act as the voice of the customer to ensure everyone understands the business value of the backlog items
  • Coordinate product launches and ensure effective communication to internal customers and stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor Associate POs to support their career development
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a project/program or product-related role or environment
  • Experience working with Agile collaboration and product management tools
  • Detailed understanding of Agile methodologies and product management frameworks
Day-to-day:
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog
  • Coordinate and participate in Agile ceremonies for the product
  • Monitor and analyse product performance, making data-driven decisions
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively to keep them informed
