Job summary

UST in London (Hybrid) seeks a highly experienced Delivery Lead to steer delivery across complex enterprise technology landscapes, including cloud, infrastructure and AI-enabled capabilities. Start ASAP in a permanent role, working across financial services and regulated environments.

You will lead multi-stream delivery, establish governance, provide executive visibility, coach engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes while continuously improving delivery maturity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery across multiple technology teams, programmes or portfolios.
• Proven track record of improving delivery practices and maturity.
• Strong governance, RAID, and executive reporting experience.
• Ability to own complex programmes and create momentum.
• Experience with large-scale technology, cloud, infra or platform initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean and modern software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple enterprise technology programmes, platforms and transformation initiatives.
• Act as the central point of accountability for delivery health, governance, reporting, risks and dependencies.
• Embed delivery standards and best practices across teams.
• Provide executive-level visibility of portfolio progress and risks.
• Coach and mentor delivery professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with cloud, platform and engineering teams to remove blockers.
• Support AI-enabled and evolving engineering practices within a governed framework.
• Drive collaboration across business, technology and partners for outcomes.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery support when required.
