Ordnance Survey is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for Technology, on an 18-month fixed-term contract in Southampton. The role blends strategic partnering with hands-on delivery, shaping the Tech 2030 agenda and workforce plans while embedding a collaborative services model across Product, Data and Customer teams.

You will coach technology leaders, manage complex employee relations, and use data to drive decisions, sustaining business outcomes through change.

Competenze

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience partnering a technology function or team in a large/complex organisation.
• Proven ability to lead senior teams through strategic workforce planning and cultural change.
• Confident with workforce data, headcount modelling and organisational design.
• Knowledge of employee relations and employment law; capable of handling complex cases.
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative, delivery‑focused, hands‑on when needed.

• Lead strategic workforce planning and capability development with Finance partnership.
