Job summary

Cera Care Ltd. is seeking an Extra Care Registered Manager to lead our schemes with a Carer-first approach, ensuring high-quality, compliant care. The role emphasizes developing people and processes, partnering with local authorities, and delivering services within budget.

You will oversee service packages, monitor outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in a regulated environment. This is a full-time permanent position with a strong focus on leadership and growth within a fast-expanding

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated care environment.
• SVQ/NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
• Ability to lead a team and manage budgets.
• Experience in extra care or supported living settings.
• Experience with service users with additional support or complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Adopt a Carer-first approach to improve how care is delivered in schemes.
• Oversee individualised, person-centred support packages meeting identified outcomes.
• Review and amend service packages with staff and central teams.
• Regularly evaluate goals and quality objectives and implement improvements.
• Audit records to meet regulatory standards and monitor support.
• Ensure compliance with Cera policies and regulatory requirements.
