Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care is required.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches, ensuring consistency and high quality service delivery.
• Monitor service performance including care hours, utilisation, staff turnover, and client satisfaction.
• Lead Registered Managers and branch teams, promoting inclusivity and continuous improvement.
• Ensure services meet regulatory requirements and company policies, and oversee quality assurance.
