Job summary

Cera seeks a Regional Director to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches, ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual targets. You will drive our Growth, Quality and People agendas while upholding regulatory requirements and internal standards.

In this role you will deputise for the Regional Director when needed, support decision making, and collaborate with Compliance, Quality, and Learning & Development teams to enhance service quality and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within domiciliary care.
• NVQ/SVQ Level 4/5 or equivalent qualification required.
• Registration with SSSC for Scotland applicants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across a portfolio of branches.
• Drive Growth, Quality and People agendas within the region.
• Develop and mobilise the Compliance & Quality agenda across care operations.
