Qualifications

• Proven experience running shifts in a high-volume venue.
• Confidence with hospitality tech including EPOS and app ordering.
• Strong leadership presence to guide teams through peak periods.
• Flexible schedule for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Command floor at full capacity during peak trade.
• Ensure app orders land quickly and accurately on the floor.
• Lead sharp shift briefings and coach the team.
• Manage cash handling, till reconciliation and stock security.
• Maintain safety and licensing compliance in a busy venue.
