Pitch! Middlesbrough is a fast-paced, tech-led sports bar where live sport and rapid service go hand in hand. We seek a Duty Bar Manager to run the floor when the Bar Manager is away, lead the team, and keep service at high tempo.

You will drive app-based ordering on the floor, coordinate front-of-house operations during peak periods, and ensure a memorable guest experience that brings guests back for more.

Pitch! Middlesbrough is a high-tempo, tech-led sports bar. That means wall-to-wall live sport, premium drinks, casual dining and a crowd that expects fast, seamless service from kick-off to final whistle. At the heart of it is our own custom-built Pitch! app, which guests use to order, interact with us and get more out of every visit. Our team needs to run at the same pace as the tech.

We’re looking for a Duty Bar Manager who has already led shifts in a high-volume venue and is ready to take on one of the most exciting bars in the North East. You'll run the floor, drive the team and take full charge of the venue when the Bar Manager is away.

What you’ll be doing

• Commanding the floor at full capacity. You'll lead front-of-house through peak trade and big-match nights, reading the room and deploying your team so service never drops.

• Bringing the app to life on the floor. You'll make sure every app order lands fast and accurately, keep floor and digital service in sync, and encourage guests to get the most out of the Pitch! app. When something needs fixing, you'll step in quickly and keep service moving.

• Delivering a standout guest experience. You'll create an atmosphere people come back for, and deal with issues quickly and confidently before they escalat
