Responsibilities

• Stock control and ordering to maintain GP in a high-volume environment.
• Train and develop the team; recruit, motivate, and lead staff.
• Ensure licensing compliance and liaise with authorities as required.
• Adhere to budgets, manage cash flow, and optimize profits.
• Open and close shifts across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards.
