Job summary

Budibase is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to assist customers via email, chat, and video calls. This technical role requires hands-on experience in software engineering, IT, or technical support.

You will help users adopt Budibase, write clear docs, and collaborate with product teams to address issues. The role offers flexible remote options and a Belfast office, with a supportive, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Background in software engineering, IT or technical support.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate to solutions.

Responsibilities

Answer questions via email, GitHub Discussions, and occasional video calls.
Help customers follow best practices when using Budibase.
Update documentation with new features and changes.
Investigate product issues and collaborate with the product team to resolve them.
Share customer pain points, feedback, and feature requests with the product team.
Build apps, agents, and automations for customers.
Make small product improvements with NodeJS/Typescript, and Svelte.
