Job summary

IG Lintels, part of Keystone Group, is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Administrator in Cwmbran to support engineers, manage data entry, and handle customer queries. You will be a central hub of support keeping projects moving forward.

Responsibilities include handling calls, monitoring emails, data entry, CRM logging, and helping with quotes and product drawings. Training will be provided to build technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—handling technical calls and connecting customers to the right experts.
• Monitor technical email enquiries and keep engineers supplied with what they need.
• Own the data entry process, turning plans into seamless schedules for the teams.
• Use the CRM to log new enquiries, track quote progress, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Ensure quotes are filed, tracked, and followed up with customers.
• Benchmark prices and support on special product quotes to stay competitive.
• Dive into drawings (training provided) and build your technical know-how.
• Run reports, support engineers, and provide top-tier technical and admin support.
• Provide product comparisons and become a go-to guru for internal teams and customers.
