Job summary

Keystone Lintels, part of Keystone Group, is seeking an experienced Building/Construction Engineer to deliver technical support, structural calculations, and bespoke lintel solutions for a range of projects at our Cookstown site.

You will work with customers, contractors and internal teams, preparing quotations, performing load assessments, and producing reports from site visits, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Interest in structural design, engineering calculations, and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers, contractors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive technical quotations for customers.
• Complete load assessments and structural calculations for lintel solutions.
• Recommend standard and bespoke engineered solutions for projects.
• Produce lintel calculations to support building control approvals.
• Provide technical support via phone and email to customers.
• Occasionally visit sites and offices to support customers and resolve challenges.
• Prepare clear technical reports after site visits and project reviews.
