Job summary

Livity Life Ltd is seeking an Entry Level TEC Alarm Receiving Centre Call Coordinator in Worcester. This full-time, office-based role handles alarms, alerts and calls to ensure timely support for service users relying on TEC devices.

The role suits calm individuals with strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach. A rota-based schedule includes early/late shifts and occasional weekends in a 24/7 service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 GCSEs including English or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with vulnerable individuals.
• Calm, compassionate and professional when handling alarms and calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer alarms and calls promptly, updating care records after each interaction.
• Conduct wellbeing and scheduled service user calls as required.
• Provide remote support and coordination in line with care plans and TSA guidelines.
• Prioritise alerts and escalate as needed to ensure timely response and safe care.
• Maintain TEC systems knowledge and ensure accurate records across electronic/paper formats.
