Job summary

Livity Life Ltd in Worcester is seeking a Nights - Contact Centre Call Coordinator to join our TEC Alarm Receiving Centre. This fully office-based role handles incoming alarms, calls and device alerts with professional, compassionate support for vulnerable individuals.

You will work 2 night shifts (4 on 4 off) from 9pm to 7:30am, join a team committed to safety and high-quality care, and use Microsoft Office and internal TEC systems. No remote work; on-site parking available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 GCSEs including English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls within SLA and update care records after every interaction.
• Carry out wellbeing and other scheduled service user calls as required.
• Provide high-quality care and support aligned with individual needs.
• Deliver remote care, support and coordination per plans and provide reassurance.
