Livity Life Ltd is seeking a Part-time TEC Alarm Receiving Centre Call Coordinator in Worcester. The role is based in the office with a rota that covers evenings and weekends, supporting vulnerable individuals through TEC devices.

You will handle incoming alarms and calls, update records, and deliver compassionate, timely assistance, while working within outlined protocols and TSA guidelines. Training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• GCSEs or equivalent required including English.
• Strong communication skills and empathy for vulnerable users.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekend rota.
• Proactive with ability to learn internal TEC systems.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming calls and respond to alarms within SLA.
• Update care records after each interaction.
• Carry out wellbeing calls and support planning.
• Provide remote care and coordination per care plans.
• Escalate safety concerns following TSA guidelines.
• Maintain TEC platform monitoring and respond to alerts.
