We are seeking volunteerProgramme Coordinatorsto support a range of initiatives that empower women and girls around the world. This flexible, remote, voluntary role is ideal for individuals who are organised and passionate about gender equity. Coordinators will assist with planning and outreach as well as the administration and communications across one of the charity’s key programmes, contributing to real social impact as part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and coordination of one of the charity’s programmes
• Assist with tasks such as planning, administration, outreach, communications
• Help ensure activities align with the charity’s mission and values
• Contribute to discussions on programme growth, impact, and improvement with the trustees
• Collaborate with team members and other volunteers to support delivery and visibility
• Represent the programme with professionalism, care, and a commitment to equity
Person Specification:
• Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently
• Open to collaboration and working across a diverse team
• Interest in social impact, community-led work, or advocacy
• Passionate about gender equity and the mission of The Dove Foundation for Global Change
• Previous experience in a relevant field is welcome but not essential
