We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager specialising in organic social. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance our clients’ online presence, engagement, and content across various social media platforms.

Our goal is to empower you to thrive independently: you will be provided with strategic direction and vision to deliver work for clients using your expertise and personality. The role is full-time remote, with occasional in-person attendance required at client meetings, content capture, and events. Depending on your location, there are also opportunities to work collaboratively in person with team members regularly.

OPPORTUNITY

The Account Manager - Organic Social role is heavily focused on strategic client project management, team collaboration, and creating, driving, and delivering organic social campaigns. The candidate should be proactive in account management, building rapport easily, and consistently exceeding expectations.

The successful candidate will also help build Pepper’s social authority across core channels.

OUTCOMES

Success in this role requires a passion for social media, emerging trends, and content creation. Experience across core channels like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook is essential.

YOUR ROLE
  • Be our social media expert, staying current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Fluency in platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X/Twitter, Twitch, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
  • Utilize social analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, platform insights) effectively.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Lead creative and strategic brainstorming sessions.
  • Manage community engagement and audience nurturing.
  • Prepare and maintain media plans and proposals on Google Slides; produce client and supplier documents.
  • Manage the conception and execution of UGC marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through updates, calls, presentations, and reports.
  • Confidently present results and strategies independently.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling marketing services.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize campaign performance, keeping clients informed with transparent reports.
  • Within 12 months, aim to deliver successful organic campaigns, convert clients into repeat customers, host pitches and reporting sessions confidently.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 2 years of agency or brand experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of social media management experience.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and in-platform editing apps.
  • Understanding of social platform algorithms and content strategies.
  • Excellent client-facing skills.
