Start as a Team Member and earn up to

As a Team Member, you'll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you'll be:

• Cutting fresh fish
• Preparing ingredients, rolling maki, and creating our famous itsu dishes
• Cooking with care and precision
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
• Delivering excellent customer service with a smile
• No experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know.

Your training will be a mix of

• Hands‑on learning in‑store, supported by your team and managers
• Digital learning through our app and Academy courses.
