Job summary

Benugo in Oxford is seeking a proactive team member to uphold service standards across food and beverage operations. You will assist with kitchen and front-of-house tasks, manage deliveries, stock fridges using FIFO, and support cash handling at the till.

Play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, following health and safety procedures, and delivering a welcoming customer experience. Training, discounts, and career development opportunities are provided.

• Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
• Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
• To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
• Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
• To ensure all labels and prices are correct.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
• To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
• To attend all training and development course as requested.
• To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
