Job summary

Benugo in Reading is seeking a Team Member to support high standards of customer service. You will assist across kitchen, front of house, and back of house duties, stock fridges, run tills, and help maintain paperwork and promotions while keeping areas clean.

Flexible shifts start with a minimum of 30 hours per week. You will follow food safety procedures, work collaboratively with colleagues, and participate in training to develop within the company.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
• Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
• To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
• Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
• To ensure all labels and prices are correct.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
• To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
• To attend all training and development course as requested.
• To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
