Rank Group is seeking a friendly Team Member to greet guests, serve food and drinks, and keep the venue buzzing from first hello to final game.

You’ll follow clear standards, support across areas, and escalate issues when needed. The role suits someone with customer-service background seeking development in hospitality/retail/leisure, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and friendly demeanor for fast-paced hospitality/retail environments.
• Ability to stay organized with attention to detail in a busy setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support front-of-house operations.
• Experience in customer service is helpful but training is provided on shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver friendly service to make visits memorable.
• Keep queues moving and dining areas tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Explain game rules and assist customers with a positive, energetic atmosphere.
• Follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer-gambling procedures.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth service.

As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor‑making customers feel welcome, serving great food & drink, and keeping the buzz alive from first hello to final game. You’ll follow clear standards, support across different areas, and escalat[e] issues when needed.

Your Impact:

• Guest moments: greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
• Service delivery: keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Game support: help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
• Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer‑gambling procedures; challenge age‑restricted behaviours confidently; report incidents promptly.
• One‑team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed — Front of house, floor, Food & Beverage, cleaning — so service flows smoothly.
