Job summary

easyHotel in Newcastle is seeking a fantastic Team Member on a part-time, permanent basis. You will help ensure our guests have a great experience during their stay and be the first point of contact for guest needs.

This role involves supporting day-to-day operations, handling guest queries and complaints, inspecting rooms, and communicating issues to maintenance or housekeeping. A competitive salary plus benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Must hold a valid Right to Work.

Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a fantastic Team Member at our Newcastle hotel. Working on a part time, permanent basis you will receive a competitive salary of £[12.80] per hour.
