easyHotel is recruiting a dedicated Team Member for its Cardiff hotel on a part-time, permanent basis. The role is to help ensure guests have a great experience during their stay, working with a friendly, international team.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling queries and complaints, assisting with day-to-day operations, inspecting rooms, and coordinating with maintenance or housekeeping as needed. A competitive hourly rate is offered with bonus opportunities.
