Job summary

easyHotel Cardiff is seeking a friendly Team Member to join on a part-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will help ensure guests have a great experience, support daily operations, and be the first point of contact for guest needs.

This role involves handling guest queries and complaints, inspecting rooms, and coordinating with maintenance or housekeeping. A positive guest experience is essential to achieve strong guest reviews and brand standards.
