Job summary

easyHotel in Oxford is hiring a Night Shift - Team Member to help ensure guests have a great overnight experience. This permanent role pays £13.05 per hour and offers the chance to be the first point of contact for guests, handling queries and ensuring smooth operations.

You’ll inspect rooms, coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping, and contribute to high guest satisfaction. Fluent English and right to work are required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Must hold a valid Right to Work.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the guest experience.
• Support day-to-day operations.
• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints.
• Inspect rooms and notify maintenance or housekeeping of issues.
• Contribute to positive guest experiences and 5-star reviews.
• Maintain smooth processes through the Apaleo booking system.
• Be flexible with working hours.

Role& responsibilities:

• Happy with flexible working
• Support with day to day operations
• Be the first point of contact for the guest experience
• Dealing with guest queries and complaints
• Inspecting rooms and communicating to maintenance or housekeeping with any issues
• Ensuring positive guest experiences, resulting in 5* reviews
• Ensuring smooth process through Apaleo (hotel booking system)

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality experience
• Fluent in English
• Must hold a valid Right to Work
