Our client is recognised as a prominent and leading Supply Chain & Logistics company covering the UK national geography. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join their team, supporting their busy Stafford Site.

Warehouse Team Manager (Rotating Shifts) The Rewards

Shift Pattern

• Week 1: Mon-Fri 6am-2pm

Requirements

• Experience as a manager or team leader in a fast-paced warehouse, pick/pack, or distribution environment.
• Good English and literacy skills
• Excellent communication skills across all stakeholders
• Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic team member
• Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and setting an example for the team
