Morrisons is seeking a proactive Team Manager to drive results through a large-scale production team. You will lead shifts, monitor KPIs, set targets and implement action plans to improve performance and reduce costs. Qualifications

• Management/supervisory experience within a large scale production operation.
• Ability to challenge decisions and behaviours to ensure consistency in service to customers and problem solving.
• Proven track record of people management and delivering results through a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Assertiveness and decision-making on the spot.
• Can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Understanding of cost models and budgetary control, pest control management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive KPIs, take action to meet targets daily and weekly.
• Set performance targets and review progress with action plans to improve performance and costs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Spot and develop talent through coaching and guidance.
• Oversee colleague welfare and improve attendance standards.
• Allocate tasks and conduct daily shift briefs.
