Choice Support is seeking a Team Manager for our Sutton-based team. You will support people by ensuring up-to-date, person-centred support plans, helping individuals gain confidence and skills, and promoting independent living.
You will also lead and guide your team, ensuring staff have training and support, while working with management to plan rotas, recruit new team members, and maintain sufficient staffing to meet needs.

As a Team Manager, you will
make sure people get the right support in a way that works for them. You will do this by keeping support plans up to date, making sure they reflect what people want and need, and help them build confidence, learn new skills, and live as independently as possible.
