Job summary

Choice Support is seeking a Team Manager for our Sutton-based team. You will support people by ensuring up-to-date, person-centred support plans, helping individuals gain confidence and skills, and promoting independent living.

You will also lead and guide your team, ensuring staff have training and support, while working with management to plan rotas, recruit new team members, and maintain sufficient staffing to meet needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a care or support team.
• Ability to develop and supervise supportive plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of support plans and ensure they reflect service users’ needs.
• Lead and mentor the team to maintain high-quality support.
• Coordinate rotas, recruitment and staff coverage to meet people’s needs.
