We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Validation Services team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of claim handlers, supporting colleagues working both remotely and from our Glasgow office. As a key point of contact, you will provide guidance, coaching and support while ensuring service standards and performance objectives are achieved.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will oversee team performance, identify development and training needs, manage absence and wellbeing, conduct appraisals, and help maintain high levels of engagement and morale whilst driving continuous improvement and excellent customer outcomes.
We're keen to hear from experienced Team Managers, or individuals who have previously deputised for a Team Manager and are ready to take the next step in their leadership career. You'll have experience handling domestic buildings claims, including scoping and validation, together with a strong understanding of claims processes and customer service excellence. Cert CILA would be advantageous; however, support will be provided to achieve this qualification.
