Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Technician in Glasgow to support claimants and restore lives after loss. You will oversee repair progress on our in-house claims system, set up and update records, and proactively manage repair timelines with a strong focus on customer service.
You'll liaise with customers, contractors and insurers, prioritise urgent tasks, and work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualification.
