We have a fantastic opportunity for Trainee Claims Handlers in Glasgow.
As a Trainee Claims Handler, you'll manage insurance claims from first report to final settlement, acting as the main contact and decision-maker throughout the customer journey. Working closely with suppliers and contractors, you'll help deliver the best possible outcome for our customers while developing your own expertise within the specialist field of subsidence claims.
Whether you already have some claims experience or are looking to build your knowledge in this area, we'll provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop the technical skills needed to confidently manage subsidence-related claims and progress your career within our award-winning Subsidence team. Working alongside experienced technical experts, suppliers and contractors, you'll learn how to manage claims, support customers, coordinate repairs and remediation activities, and help deliver positive customer outcomes.
Your role will involve managing claim details, maintaining regular contact with customers and suppliers, overseeing repair works, controlling costs and payments, and ensuring claims are handled to the highest technical standards.
We're looking for someone who communicates effectively, stays organised and adapts well to change. You'll be confident using technology, enjoy problem-solving and have a genuine desire to learn and develop new skills.

To support training, coaching and development, successful Academy colleagues will be expected to attend our Glasgow office regularly during the initial six-month Academy programme before moving to a more flexible working arrangement
