Job Title: Store Team Leader

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the effective management of the store by leading and motivating your team to ensure company standards are maintained in all areas. You will be responsible for one of the three departments in the store, with the possibility of working cross-functionally to support other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee team functionality by setting goals for colleagues each shift, providing guidance and instructions, and leading by example.
2. Review safe and legal records to ensure daily completion during your shifts.
3. Act as Duty Manager in the absence of senior management.

Additional Information

• Contracted hours: 36.75 hours per week.
• Requirement to work at least one late evening per week, with the opportunity to become a Duty Manager.
