The purpose of this role is to support the effective management of the store by leading and motivating your team to ensure company standards are maintained in all areas of the store. You will be responsible for one of the three departments in the store, but at times, you will be required to work cross-functionally to support other departments.
As a Team Leader, you will oversee the functionality of a team by setting goals for colleagues each shift, providing guidance, instructions on tasks, and leading by example. You will also review safe and legal records to ensure daily completion during your shifts. In the absence of senior management, you will take on the responsibilities of the duty manager of the store.
